Upon their foundation, DP asked Toast to create a strong and simple identity to reflect the fact that they handle the industrial design process from concept to installation, and represent their projects with a website. Defined Developments has successfully integrated itself in the industry and continues to work nationally with high-end clients, using their website as a point of contact to generate new business.

Bookshop Travel

Toast was approached by Bookshop Travel to design and develop a small user-friendly site that acts as a portfolio of travel tours sold online by BookShop Travel.

As a result of the launch of a new website, BookShop Travel’s director has seen a visible increase in the interest expressed in her tours, and is currently working to expand the tours on offer.

Baby On Holiday Project Update

Toast was approached by Baby On Holiday to design an eCommerce website that focuses on a unique range of products as well as foregrounding information rich content.

We anticipate Baby On Holiday is going to be a great success and are glad to have the opportunity to help a great idea shine.

Global Traveler Directors Website

With over 15 years of knowledge in the travel industry, Global Traveler Directors came to us with the challenge of not only developing a highly intelligent site but to construct a fruitful online experience.

The visually appealing result of the interface is a choreographed consequence of creating enlarged user-friendly icons and elements. Along with its customized colour palette of opposing hues, these elements give the site an aura of importance and a distinct styling in comparison to its traditional competition.

iPhone Application Development Update

We are well into development of our iPhone Application! The interface has been completed and is now being developed by our expert team. Some of the features in this project include (without giving too much away!):

Geotagging
GPS Location Logging
Full iPhone Contact List Integration
Custom iPhone Feature Expansion and Enhancement

As you can see this project is quite large! and targets all the unique iPhone features, stay tuned for more information on this project!

We have also recently gained a new iPhone application client, and we are currently in the planning and development stages, more information on this project will be available soon.

iPhone Application Development

We are now in the middle of developing our first iPhone Application!

Its all still hush hush at the moment, but we are well on our way. The iPhone GUI (graphical user interface) has been completed and is now being developed in the native iPhone programming language (Objective-C + Cocoa framework). Creating this application has been a huge (but insightful) learning curve for us, getting to know the in’s and out’s of iPhone App Development, which has gotten us very excited about our application idea (yes, we already have another app that is currently in its wireframing and IA (information architecture) stages). Watch this space, there will be more news and updates as we continue through the process (and after maybe a case study to help others on their iPhone Application Development journey).
