What’s that, you don’t know what Twitter is? Well here’s an overview:

What is Twitter?
Twitter is a “social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users’ updates (otherwise known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length”, as defined by Wikipedia.

In other words, it’s a site that people use to send messages no longer than a cell phone text to their friends, so that everyone can keep up to date on everyone else’s activities. However, Twitter has also grown to be a great resource for finding and sharing news and conversing with people, so it’s a fun site to be a part of.
