So we are well on our way on developing our iPhone Application! The interface has been completed and is now being developed by our expert team. Some of the features in this project include (without giving too much away!):
- Geotagging
- GPS Location Logging
- Full iPhone Contact List Integration
- Custom iPhone Feature Expansion and Enhancement
As you can see this project is quite large! and targets all the unique iPhone features, stay tuned for more information on this project!
We have also recently gained a new iPhone application client, and we are currently in the planning and development stages, more information on this project will be available soon.

Pretty recently, Toast Design moved homes to accommodate the expansion of our studio. We’re still in Surry Hills, but we’re now located on Riley Street. Number 248 to be exact, which is towards Darlinghurst. Feel free to pop in sometime.

After some re-evaluation of our new website, we’ve made a few minor alterations. Drop in to take a look and let us know what you think.
The new changes include:
- Ajax navigational buttons on the rotating banners for each page.
- A new ‘clients‘ page, with a short list of our active clients and links to their websites.
- New images depicting some more of our work (with more to come).
- The site has now been optimized for all browsers including IE. 6.

OAs part of the introductory promotion for Gardening Central’s press release, we’ve designed a creative layout for rectangular cardboard boxes to be sent out to several offices in the Sydney Metro area to accompany their first press release.
Included in these boxes are small office plants to accompany the up coming office plants article to be found in the lifestyle section of the Gardening Central website.

Here at Toast Design, we’ve just finished a complete website redesign for Resbuild Australia Pty. Ltd.
Thanks to close contact between us and Resbuild, we’ve been able to quickly rebuild their website to meet all criteria. The redesign showcases new website features including:
- Ajax/css navigation menus and rotating images
- Several different dynamic contact forms
- Redesigned logo
- Repaired cascading style sheets for cross-browser compatibility
- New sections added to the website
The website was launched on Friday, and both Resbuild and Toast are very pleased with the outcome.

With the current global economic situation, you would expect design work to be drying up but for us, things have been pretty crazy around the Toast studio recently – as we’re juggling up numerous print and packaging & design projects, product photography, motion design, interviews (yes, we are THAT busy) and a lot of web work. We are very excited to be nearing completion of phase one of Gardening Central which has been a very big undertaking for us, but it will not end there.
